Meet the team
Janette Bolton and Chris Chambury launched The Recruitment Fix in 2011 and since then we have been fortunate to expand our team with like-minded people who share and believe in the same values, ethics and transparency as we do.
We all have a ‘hands on’ approach to recruitment – each of us managing and developing our own partnerships with customers performing the whole recruitment process from vacancy to placement ensuring that our understanding of your requirements never become diluted or passed down.
Janette Bolton – Co – Owner
Janette began her recruitment career in 2001 working predominantly within manufacturing , technical and production markets, recruiting and managing for bespoke and high volume clients. Her ability to ask the extra questions along with her interest to know her customers and market have enabled Janette to provide wide ranging recruitment expertise in her specialist sectors.
Chris Chambury – Co-Owner
Chris began his recruitment career in 1994 working for a high street national recruiter for 6 years before taking a Directors position in an independent agency for the next 10 years. He then worked for 12 months providing outplacement consultancy services before returning to recruitment services in 2011. With a multi-discipline background Chris is equally happy recruiting for semi skilled contractors to director level appointments.
Sue began her recruitment career in 1994 working for a high street national recruiter before moving to an independent agency. After working closely with Janette and Chris throughout her career they were keen to work with her again, knowing that Sue has the desire and know-how to deliver to customers every time. With a strong technical and construction background Sue enjoys considerable success recruiting at all levels.
Gemma began her recruitment career in 2001 and worked for 11 years with a local independent agency before joining The Recruitment Fix. Her specialist knowledge within manufacturing and production has enabled her to provide a quick effective service to customers who often have reactionary recruitment requirements, ensuring that she becomes an valuable additional member to their team.
Following a successful career in I.T and public sector recruitment, Nick joined the team in April 2015. With a wealth of experience in technical I.T, Sales and senior management roles, he prides himself on locating those seemingly impossible to find candidates ensuring that the optimum level of service is consistently delivered.
Nick is looking forward to continuing his success by providing an honest and transparent recruitment service to his clients across the UK.
